By creating an account, signing in (including with email and password or through a third-party identity provider such as Google), or otherwise using AboutStack, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the service.
AboutStack provides tools to create, edit, and publish online CVs. A subscription is required to publish your CV and make it publicly accessible via a unique URL on our domain (for example yourname.aboutstack.com).
If you choose to sign in or sign up with Google, authentication is provided by Google LLC and is subject to Google’s terms and privacy policy. We receive the profile information Google shares with us (such as your email address and display name) only to create or link your account and operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. A 7-day free trial is available; your payment method is charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand. You may cancel at any time via the account settings. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
You retain ownership of all content you create on AboutStack. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content to operate the service. You must not upload content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
You may not use AboutStack to: attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system; distribute malware; impersonate another person; send spam; or violate any applicable law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via account settings.
AboutStack is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
